  • Following recipes and ensuring consistency in quality and taste.
  • Monitoring ingredient stocks and placing orders as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Working early morning shifts as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Baker or relevant training in baking.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
